Each patient gets an anesthetic protocol specific to their current state of health. Patient heart rate, respiration rate, blood pressure, temperature, and blood oxygen level are monitored and recorded by a technician during the entire surgical procedure. Every patient is intubated and maintained with gas anesthesia, they also each receive an IV catheter as well as intravenous fluids to help maintain their blood pressure as well as help their body metabolize the anesthetic drugs.
We also utilize Blue Pearl Specialty Hospital and Tennessee Veterinary Surgical Specialists for procedures that are better served by Board Certified Surgeons.
Our team of doctors and technicians are experienced in performing and monitoring routine surgeries with the highest standard of safety and care.
